Single-storey layout matters more than anything else when grandparents are travelling. Stairs in a holiday home that isn't theirs become an obstacle to relaxation; flat beach access becomes the difference between a daily walk and a daily car ride.
Green Lotus is the most generous of our 4-bedroom homes — a 1,000sqm garden plot, a 14-metre infinity pool, and a single horizontal floorplan with all four bedroom suites on the main level. The pavilion-style kitchen opens to outdoor dining for twelve, which makes Green Lotus the favourite for multigenerational meals (and for small wedding receptions).
The villa is roughly a 7-minute walk from Maenam Beach — flat the whole way. For families combining grandparents with young children, Green Lotus is consistently the most-requested 4-bedroom in our portfolio.

KW Villa is the original — the first villa we built, on a 500sqm plot anchored in Maenam village. It's a smaller, more intimate single-storey home than Green Lotus, with a 12-metre lap pool and a walled tropical garden. The walk to Maenam Beach is closer (about 5 minutes) and the village feel is stronger — a coffee shop and morning market are within a short stroll.
For families wanting more village texture and slightly less expansive grounds, KW Villa is the natural pick. Same single-storey advantage, slightly smaller scale.

The two Bangpor 4-bedroom residences sit on the hillside above the bay, west-facing, with infinity pools that catch the sunset. They are the most photogenic villas in our portfolio. They are also more accessibly priced than the Maenam 4-bedrooms — both starting at THB 9,900 — because they trade walkability for view.
Pure is our flagship Bangpor residence in the 4-bedroom category. The infinity pool is the centrepiece — its visible edge dissolves into the bay, and the view stretches from Ang Thong's limestone cliffs to the mainland mountains beyond. Each of the four bedrooms is sea-facing.
The villa is multi-level, so it suits families with children old enough to navigate stairs comfortably — typically eight years and up. Pool fencing is installed on request.

Vista is built on a single architectural premise — every window in the house frames a different angle of the bay. Where Pure is about the pool view, Vista is about how the view is composed throughout the residence. The interiors are smart-home equipped (climate, lighting, AV via wall panels with QR fallback) — it's our most contemporary residence.
For design-attentive families, photographers and travellers who notice the details, Vista is the choice. Same hilltop access considerations as Pure.

Can a 4-bedroom villa really fit 8 adults? Yes. Each bedroom is fully en-suite. Most 4-bedroom configurations are two king masters plus two flexible (king or twin) rooms — convertible based on the group. Confirm preferred configuration with our concierge at booking.
What if we're 9 or 10? Switch to Lazy Villa, our only 5-bedroom residence, which sleeps up to 10.
Can I bring a private chef in for the week? Yes. All four 4-bedroom villas have full kitchens; Green Lotus has the most generous outdoor dining. Chefs are arranged through our concierge with menus pre-agreed.
